Everything stands still. Nothing moves. People face each other. Side by side. Together. They try to approach one another, but every step seems impossible.
How did we end up here?
With three performers and a percussionist, a choreographic and textual exploration unfolds, delving into the personal and societal dimensions of conflict and the attempt to overcome the obvious divide. In the process, the conflict simmering beneath the surface threatens to erupt. The piece repeatedly features voices from interviews, sharing personal experiences with conflict.
What is productive arguing? Where is the line that should not be crossed in disagreement?
